Pigtails. A super easy look, but seldom seen on adult women. Who wrote the rules and deemed this look as nothing more than childish? Better yet, why do we still feel as though this is a rule that we need to follow? I mean, there was a point and time in most of our childhoods when our go to do was a ponytail, yet this look isn’t labeled as childish. It can actually be quite chic. What would you do to reinvent the dreaded pigtails to make them wearable and fierce? Is it eve possible?
Personally, we would amp it up with extensions…duhhhh. Add some volume. Those braids are limp and lifeless and just begging for some body and messy texture. Maybe even a grown up accessory? Let us know what you think or tag us in a post with something you find or come up with.
